Hey it's March! This is the month in which we celebrate women. Below are some amazing ladies that have contributed to the person I am today. Most of them are friends and colleagues. We end up wasting a lot of time trying to fix that problem but it never seems to work. I have found myself a couple of times trapped by this unbearable feeling. When we spend so much time trying to solve a particular problem continuously, we tend to narrow our thoughts and constrain our ability to see things differently because we are afraid of not getting it solved.
